Welcome to an amazing opportunity to explore and develop a greater understanding of who you are. This retreat is facilitated in very tranquil and supportive surroundings by two leading international psychotherapists and is also a great chance to recharge and renew.
When you arrive at Faro airport you will be picked up and transferred to our idyllic venue where you will have time to settle in on the Saturday before we get started with our first workshop on the Sunday.
Each day following breakfast there will be a workshop exploring themes which emerge. Afternoon workshops will also pick up on emerging themes. On at least one afternoon there will be time to explore the area and the beautiful ocean nearby.
Each evening (6 to 7pm) a session of yoga will also be offered, giving you the opportunity to explore the relationship between the earth and your body’s aliveness.
At the end of the week we hope that you will leave feeling a renewed sense of yourself and your way of being in the world.

Monte na Luz is a retreat centre set in over 12 hectares in the hills just north of Loule. A tranquil, sunny, simple and spacious venue, rooms are all ensuite and spread over the main building and three small houses. In summer the temperature is usually between 25 and 25c, however thanks to the ocean breeze it is in fact never too warm - and there is a swimming pool! http://montenaluz.org/wp/?lang=en
